Integrity

First

Known as the frontier of groundbreaking conservation, the Laikipia area is full of conservations protecting endangered exotic species of wildlife. However, Kenya is full of conservancy from east to west, north to south. A wildlife conservancy is managed by an individual landowner or groups of owners, such as a community, for the purpose of caring for the land and protecting the wildlife roaming freely on it.

Personal

Engagement

We travel to remote tribal regions not to escape, but appreciate different lifestyles, traditions, freedoms, wisdom and perspectives. We do not run and gun through a village; we bring you to remote tribal villages that are our friends and family. We hold these friendships in the highest regard. Our relationships provide you with an authentic glimpse into a fascinating world where you will be able to engage with these tribes, beyond a click.

Time -Honoured
Traditions

A country of 42 tribes, Kenya has several cultural festivals each year as a way to unite the tribes as a community and promote peace. In a kaleidoscope of color, dressed in their most elaborate traditional clothing, beading, head ornaments, and paint made from red ochre up to 15 different tribes and ethic groups may come together during these events. The dates are different each year and generally not set until 4-6 months in advance. You must be flexible to travel to join these events.

Access & Safety

How do you keep up with rapid changes in remote places while limiting the inherent risk? Our team all lives in Kenya. We are physically in these remote regions often with guest or just to visit the communities. We understand the political climate in these areas from years of experience learning, one on one, about the tribal traits, traditions, and boundaries. We have a large network of contacts in all the area’s we travel and are constantly updated to ensure the highest travel safety standards.

Giving

Back

Being small is our strength because it gives us time to listen, the freedom to be imaginative while handcrafting every itinerary, and the flexibility to change everything to suit a client’s needs.

Giving

Back

We’re continually impressed by our guests who return from an enriching tribal experience having formed new relationships and with a passion to make a difference. They exemplify travel’s remarkable power to transform people and the planet for the better. And if giving back is important to you, we’re delighted to steer you in the right direction.
